Frequently Asked  Questions

* How far in advance should I book my order?

We suggest booking as soon as you have a set date for your event. We require a minimum 2 week notice for most orders. We do our best to accommodate short notice orders, so feel free to ask if we are available to serve your request.

 

* Do you require a deposit prior to booking?

A 50% deposit is required for all orders. The order for your requested date is not confirmed until we have received your  deposit.

* Do you deliver? 

Yes we do! Delivery charges vary depending on factors such as setup time and distance to your event.

* Do you operate in an allergen-free facility?

Our baking is all done the old fashioned way to give you that "tastes like moms" feeling. On a daily basis we use nuts, flour and dairy. We are able to create allergen friendly items. We are very careful to avoid crossover of raw materials, however none of our products can be guaranteed as allergen free.

*Are you licensed? 

Yes! We operate out of an Alberta Health Services approved commercial kitchen.  We are also city licensed.
